Our shoes are handcrafted by skilled artisans in Sahuayo, Michoacán, using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Each strip of leather is carefully cut, woven, shaped, and assembled by hand, preserving a craft that is deeply rooted in Mexican culture.

What makes our process especially meaningful is that much of this work is done from the artisans’ homes. Many talented craftspeople in rural communities face barriers to traditional employment due to transportation, caregiving responsibilities, age, or limited access to job opportunities. By partnering directly with artisan families, we help create flexible, dignified work that allows them to earn an income without leaving their homes.
